How are Garlic Chilli Oil Noodles served?
Depending on personal inclination, these chilli oil noodles can also be served hot or cold. The decision is entirely up to you, and both dishes taste fantastic.

Please prepare the noodles just before serving if you plan to serve them warm so that their texture is preserved.
I advise tossing them with a little oil to prevent the noodles from sticking if they need to be prepared ahead of time.
If you’d like, you may also make the sauce ahead of time in a different bowl and combine it with the noodles just before serving.
How TO STORE?
Refrigerate the leftovers for 3–4 days after transferring them to an airtight container.
Either microwave the food for a few minutes, stirring once, or use the hob.
Alternately, transfer to a wok, add water, cover the wok with a lid and reheat over a medium temperature in the hob. Keep checking and stirring until the temperature is uniform.
